Gorgeous apt-villa with sea view, private garden and use of resort pool

Very spacious and panoramic apartment-villa with wonderful sea view, garden for exclusive use and use of the resort's swimming pool. Swimming pool with lifeguard and sunbeds located just a few meters walk from the house. A few meters Pontile overlooking the sea and solarium platform, also tennis courts free use. Equipped with every comfort and service, the property is immersed in a resort located in a panoramic point on the Gulf of Marinella 1.5 kilometers from Porto Rotondo and about 15 km. about from Olbia. The resort is equipped with numerous services (free wi-fi in the bar-pool area, large panoramic swimming pool, bar, tobacconist, hairdresser and beautician, massages, tennis courts and amusement park for children, just a few meters away guard services -medical).
The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a private garden, outdoor shower, barbecue, large veranda and gym, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, laundry room. On the first floor there is a large panoramic terrace with sea view equipped with sofas, armchairs and a dining table. Inside the first one
On the floor there are: kitchen, living room, dining room, service bathroom, loft with two more comfortable beds. A private covered parking space and other parking spaces are available within the village.

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was as described on the listing. In addition, the owner made sure to provide internet access per our request. Communication was smooth. What we loved the most was the terrace which sits on the edge of a gated "village" with an amazing view. Be prepared to dance under the stars.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The apartment is even better than the photos. Cecelia was an excellent host and was able to answer our questions & was able to help us with recommendations.The communal pool opened on 1st June but we were made aware beforehand that it was only going to open then.There are plenty of places to sit and relax in the property and the nearby beaches are beautiful.I would recommend having a car in this area.Thanks Cecelia for such a great stay we would love to come back again in the future.

Che proprietà incredibile. La vista dal balcone è semplicemente sbalorditiva. La proprietà ampia e spaziosa aveva tutto ciò di cui la nostra famiglia aveva bisogno per comfort e privacy. Facile accesso a spiagge, città e ristoranti. La comunicazione con l'host è stata fantastica e ha reso il processo fluido. Consiglio vivamente questa proprietà.
