Great place right on the beach

The apartment was great! Very clean and has a really nice patio overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect, with the beach directly across the street and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Fabien was great as a host, we'd be very happy to stay here again.

Nous avons braucoup apprécié notre logement à Casa Beach. Un sattionnement intérieur, le logement très bien équiper et un patio avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'Anse Mitan. La plage à quelques pieds de la porte...Un très bon acceuil et services de notre hôte Fabien.La Martinique est un merveilleux pays à découvrir, nous voulons y retourné..

Tres satisfaite de l’emplacement et du condo. Il y a eu a quelques reprises brie au niveau électrique ( braker qui sautait pour les lumières du plafond et prises dans la cuisine. Et un inconvénient pour nous, c'était les codes pour les entrées. Car ayant un fils avec une déficience intellectuelle, il ne pouvait se déplacer seul car il était dans l'incapacité de faire les codes , soit pour les entrées ou pour les ordures. Donc il n’avait aucune autonomie pour aller a la plage ou autre. Donc peut être des petits ajustements a faire. Notre séjour fut toutefois très tres agréable. .

Superbe séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La résidence donne directement sur l'anse Mitan, sa plage et son paysage magnifique. L'appartement avait toutes les commodités.Le site en lui même est un endroit ou il fait bon vivre; il est facile d'en sortir pour aller sur les autres plages du Sud, ou pour visiter les alentours. Et facile aussi de se diriger vers le Nord. Petit bémol cependant, les chambres de l'appartement n'avaient pas de rideaux occultants. Nous pourrions y revenir lors d 'un prochain séjour.

un petit coin de paradis

un super appart rapport qualité prix - quelques usures sur les chaises et les draps par exemple mais pour le reste un appartement tout à fait agréable au pied de la plage - protégé idéal pour une femme avec un enfant merci pour votre accueil et pour la location

Que du positif !

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel face mer, la rue à traverser pour se baigner. Notre loueur a été très sympa et accueillant nous donnant toutes les informations et conseils nécessaires. Je recommande donc les deux, le loueur et cette location.

Superbe magnifique

L’appartement que nous avons loué correspondait totalement à l’annonce sur internet. Très bel appartement neuf vue fantastique sur la baie de Fort de France. La mer avec petite plage se situe devant la maison, génial !! Que du bonheur
