The house is lovely and very spacious, plenty of room. Definitely recommend!

Plenty of space with great view of the canal. Very short walk to the beach. The house is very close to the boardwalk, which offers some great food choices. The owner is great!!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our group's trip. We had 4 kids under 8 and really appreciated what the house had for them (games/puzzles, baby gates, booster seats, etc). Super close to the beach, and Eric was very responsive to all of our messages.

Carolina Beach Family Reunion

10 adults and 7 grandchildren all stayed in this wonderful beach house. A short walk to ocean, lots of recreation and fun things to do. Loved the location! House spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Graduation at the beach

Our family got together for a UNCW graduation celebration. Plenty of space for everyone in a lovely location away from the crowds near campus. We had wonderful family breakfasts and dinners in the incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Highly satisfied with our experience!

Family reunion of sorts

Everything was as expected, and even more. Eric was excellent to work with. We had plenty of room for 4 different families. Great location to the beach and the boardwalk. The elevator took a little getting used to, but really came in handy for bringing up luggage and groceries. Very happy with our stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

House was clean and very inviting! The host Eric was very responsive to any questions. Loved how kid/family friendly the house was. There were family games, kids toys, baby play pen, & feeding chair and lots of space for our family of 15. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

A Great Place to Rest and Relax

My family and I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The location was great, and the house was beautiful, spacious, and cozy. My Nieces and Nephews (18 - 21) were able to have their own space while their parents, grandparents and I were able to have our own space as well. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a great place for you and your family to stay, then this is the place for you!

Spacious and comfortable

Plenty of room for adult children to reconnect without being in each others spaces! Everyone had plenty of room and their own bathrooms! Had all the amenities you need and more! Close to beach, boardwalk and fishing. Time well spent with family after a long deployment! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this house. No complaints at all. The house was clean, exactly as it was advertised online and in an awesome location for our young families. Awesome property, great location

We had a wonderful time with 9 adults, 1 child and an infant. Property owner was easy to access, responded immediately and positively to any needs or concerns. Even though the weather was iffy with all the storms brewing, we still got plenty of beach time and had a wonderful time at the coast. Eric, thank you once again for being such a great host. Dynasty Club

Each year Dynasty Club stays @ different properties all around from New jersey to South Carolina this year we stayed in N.C. @ Carolina Beach now we live 30 min from our area beaches but we dont usually stay local this year we did and the Beach house we had was Big enough nice and spacious The home owner was very nice and attentive .I sent photos to my friends and they want to book the house also. they have nice Big Porches with big table we watched the boats go by with there christmas lights it was very pretty

Family Thanksgiving

Definitely recommend this place. Our family had an amazing time during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean and well maintained. It’s only a block from the beach and there was plenty of space. Eric was very accessible and responsive both prior to and during our stay. The refrigerator was working properly and Eric came out the same day and replaced with a brand new refrigerator and repaired the existing! We will be staying here again.

Fantastic weekend

We traveled to the area with family for a baby shower and a college visit. This was the perfect house to share time with our family at the beach. It’s a beautiful, spacious house. It was very convenient having the elevator for my parents. Many family members took daily walks in the area. It’s very easy to get to many restaurants and attractions. The owners have a wonderful guide to ease through check in and your time a the house including some suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Eric was very quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend staying at this house. We would definitely stay here when in Carolina Beach again.

Roaches in a nice home

1st I would like to say that Eric is a host that responds quickly however when my family arrived we notice that the bunk bed was broken(top bed was removed) Eric did provide a rollaway bed but he forgot to inform us. The house had dirty areas, dishwasher( Eric did inform us the 3rd day that the dishwasher was being replace and ask us if we would mind if the new one be delivered during our stay) we didn’t want our stay interrupted. The lazy Susie was dirty and the house has roaches. I spoke with Eric and he apologize and stated that they are bad in August and meant to have this taken care of but he didn’t. The house was roomy for my family but in the future have these things taken care of before your guest arrives and let your guest know of issues that come up at the last minute before they find the issues on there own. We’re sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. This is our first negative review, so it stings a bit. If the headline captures your stay, then so be as it is your perspective. For what it’s worth, I think it’s unfair and a bit surprising. If you had let me know there was a problem I would have addressed it. My family arrived shortly after you and I just don’t see the bug issue you mentioned. But if you did or were unhappy, I would have appreciated the opportunity to make it right. The only notice you sent was a text after your stay that read, “By the way, we ran into several roaches in the house”. We have regular visits from the bug company. I don’t know what in my reply gave you the impression that we forgot to do something. That’s just not the case. When guests have an issue we bend over backwards to resolve them. The previous guest said the dishwasher was sluggish and I bought a new one the same day. It’s fine that you did not want it installed during your stay but we acted very quickly. And I would not want a future guest to get the wrong impression from your account that we left a broken bunk bed in the house. Earlier this summer a guest broke the top twin bunk and we removed it immediately and replaced it with a very nice roll away of the same size that can be used in any room. The number of beds/sizes did not change, and folks have been happy with the new bed. I trust people will read our other reviews but I’m frustrated to learn about perceived problems after your stay.

Perfect home for a perfect weekend

In a word, it's perfect! The stay was easy to book reinforced by the prompt answers to questions we sent to our host, Eric. We were impressed by the comprehensive pamphlet containing instructions for anything and everything about the home as well as the great video. Upon arrival, the parking was spacious enough for our 5 cars and the entry was easy having read the instructions! Inside the home was CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect space for our party, to include the little ones. The large supply of dishes and glassware were appreciated. We purchased the linen package which had everything we needed. Temperature regulation was fine. The beds were all comfortable and we slept soundly. The elevator was a godsend and seriously improved life. TV, WIFI, etc. all worked just fine. The 6-minute walk to the beach was quick and easy. In summary, our large group was there for our daughter's wedding, and we wanted a large home to gather and chill together before and after. It provided exactly what we hoped for and more. If looking for a Carolina Beach home or one within a shortish drive to Wilmington, book this one with the utmost confidence. Thank you, Eric. Our experience was superlative. Communication with Eric was excellent, the house was spotless and as described, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking implements (a major plus in our book). We were a party of 3 families, and all agreed this was a wonderful location and vacation. You won't regret spending your beach vacation here

Family vacation on Carolina Beach

Our family from the southeast and northeast gathered together on Carolina Beach to spend a week together. The property was great for our needs and was so close to the beach. We had great communication with Eric as he was always willing to ensure we our accomodations were taken care of. Lovely experience!
