The garage also sits on the ground floor featuring all of the systems, including a water softener and conditioner making the water in our home totally drinkable and resort-like for showering/bathing. There are bikes, ping pong table, beach toys and a second full size washer/dryer downstairs to keep towels, bathing suits and other beach attire clean.
