Beautifully crafted 3 story home with a fourth level total roof deck with a 360 degree unbeatable view. Walk to channel islands harbor to enjoy numerous restaurants, bars, and fitness centers. Rent kayaks, boats, whale watch, or take a sunset dinner cruise.

The first floor offers two bedrooms with California king beds and beautiful white duvets. The North room has a TV with cable. You'll find yourself gazing out at the beach after you pull the shades up. It's a sight to see. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub.

The main level (2nd floor) provides a huge kitchen with cooking amenities, all the appliances, including a Sub Zero fridge and freezer, breakfast bar and plenty of space for family gatherings. The living/family room has a gorgeous fireplace with dining table that provides enough seating for 10 people. There are soaring ceilings with motorized window coverings. When the sun sets, turn on the mood lighting thought the living, warm up the house with the radiant floors, and cuddle up on the couch for movie night. The first master suite bedroom is on the second floor with a California King bed and duvet cover. The bathroom offers a luxurious double spa tub and separate shower.

Across from the kitchen you'll find the powder room where you can refresh before an awesome night on the town.

On the third floor is the main master suite that has spectacular views of the ocean and jaw dropping views from the skylight. This room also provides mood lighting and has a fireplace, as does the beautiful master bathroom with spa tub and huge shower.

Step up to the roof deck with 360 degree views of the ocean and marina. This home is like no other on Hollywood Beach!

We provide a few extra amenities as a courtesy-for example a couple paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher liquid and pods.
