The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure that all water faucets are turned off inside and outside the house. Please be sure all gas appliances are completely off, such as the stove, fireplaces, and thermostats..
When leaving on the last morning, please lock the inner front glass door and then lock the outer wood door. Then please slip the keys back underneath the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
STLA and a list of house rules will be sent after booking for review and signature. Guest has two days to sign and return both documents.
All booking requests require a signed Rental Agreement (RA) and 2 forms of ID-RA be returned via VRBO email within 2 days of receiving it.
Rates are subject to change at any time. Items available in the house can change based on use and wear and tear.

Our 3rd stay here at this wonderful property and it gets better every time. Greg and Dionne are great to communicate with and they make sure everything is in order. The property is well stocked and maintained. The views from the great room and the roof are amazing! The beach is beautiful and perfect for walks or playing in the water. Our families love coverging here and spending time together in the Glass House!

The views of the surf from all the windows never disappointed. Weather was a bit cooler than we would have liked - cutting into our beach time - but being able to watch the birds and the tides from our own little beach made up for it. And that was a good feature to keep the little ones happy. The house had all the features we needed and then some. Very comfortable and welcoming. Oxnard is a lovely, quiet town but we were able to find plenty to do. The "Glass House" gave us the beach experience we wanted literally out our back doors. Great time!

Greg was a very responsive host and made check in as well as check out very easy! The house on the beach is like a dream come true! The beach is almost private and in the vicinity there is a great breakfast restaurant (Hollywood beach cafe) and in the marina there are a few nice restaurants. We hope to come back to this house one day

Beautiful Rest a bit

What a beautiful home and location. Guest will fall in love and not want to leave. Very nicely appointed and the master suite is over the top! So are the views and how quite the beach is. We will remember this trip forever. Thanks to the owners/property management for making it easy to check in and out though it was tough to leave we hope we can visit again soon.

Perfect Location

The house is conveniently located on the beach and a short walk to the marina. Each day, we could choose to lounge on the sand in the "back yard" or walk to the marina for activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing or bicycling. The house had everything we needed. Because it's on the beach, the house is not equipped with A/C but the nights were cool and the floor fans provided were more than adequate.
