Incredible house with everything you could possibly need. Host is extremely responsive. Outdoor space and game rooms are top notch. Kitchen is fully stocked and so much space for a large group. Would love to come back and experience in the winter.

We had an incredible stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better place for our group. Our host Amanda was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience seamless. The house was exactly as advertised: spacious, clean, well-equipped, and situated on a beautiful property that gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the weekend together. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Amanda is an excellent host! The place is fantastic, gorgeous, and exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back when we have the chance. Also, I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and Amanda went above and beyond to help me by shipping them back. Her kindness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. We loved both the place and the host, and highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay for a big group!

Our group of 17 loved staying at Skitopia! Everything we needed was provided and Amanda checked in plenty to make sure we were comfortable. The space was amazing and had more than enough activities and beds to make sure everyone had an amazing time. I’d highly recommend for a big group!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family in this beautiful, spacious home. The amenities were amazing and gave all ages something fun to do. The sauna and hot tub were a treat for the adults. Kids and teens spent hours in the game rooms. The huge kitchen gave everyone space to help out with the meal and we all settled into the massive, comfy sectional for nightly movies. The kids are still talking about the massive bed tower. Just a great home for families and groups of all ages!

A great group getaway

We are a group of 20+ adults and children and this house gave something for everybody. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather but even if it rained there would be plenty to do for every age. So many places to sleep which also provides privacy. We will definitely book again!

The house and outdoor area were awesome, very spacious with great proximity to all Sunday River has to offer. Stayed with a large group (25) and had plenty of room. Would recommend.

This property is absolutely fabulous!! Everything you need! Highly recommend! We stayed there for our staff retreat and everyone absolutely loved it. Plenty of meeting spaces and room to have fun as well.

Truly Skitopia

Second time at this property and once again it was fabulous. We have a group of 5 families (22 pp) and it is the perfect place. Love the ski in/out directly across the street. Huge driveway for all the cars!

Amazing Stay

Nothing is missing from this home. Our family loves to cook and every dish, bowl, utensil is available. Loved having a full size Blackstone which made cooking for a large family easy.

Great for a Large Group

We stayed here with 28 people over 8 families. The rooms were all wonderful. There are so many activities to do on the property that if felt like we didn't even need to leave. The management was super quick to respond to any little issues we had. Highly recommend.
