Ideally located in a sought residence with direct access to the beautiful beaches of Calvi within 50m, comfortable apartment of 40m² in duplex fully air-conditioned and fully renovated, located on the 3rd and last floor with loggia and elevator.
Close to all shops in less than 15min on foot (small shops and supermarkets), you can access the port or the citadel in less than 10min thanks to the walk along the beach.
Easy transport thanks to Calvi airport (5km-10min) or ferries (20min from Ile-Rousse) as well as the train (station within 50m) which runs along the sea from Ile-Rousse to Calvi (you also reach Bastia's airport in 1h15 or Bastia's port in 1h30 by car). The train also allows easy access to Corte, Bastia or Ajaccio…
Fully equipped and composed of 4 beds (+ folding bed), it includes: an entrance with large dressing room, a renovated bathroom with washing machine and toilet, a living room with a new high-end sofa bed and TV, a kitchenette renovated and fully equipped (induction hobs, microwave combined, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle), a mezzanine bedroom with very comfortable beds, fan, window ( with a small sea view) and plenty of storage, loggia with a beautiful southwest exposure and relaxing open view on the mountains.
Free parking in the residence with the possibility of leaving your vehicle there for the duration of your stay.
Under current health risks, cleaning is carried out by a professional and is included in the price of the stay.
As an option, we can provide you with sheets and household linen (the kit includes: sheets, a large towel, a small towel, bath mat + tea towel): € 20 for the kit for 1 person, € 25 for 2 people. Do not hesitate to specify this when making your reservation.
