Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil par Tiphaine. La location est au calme, bien située, permettant ainsi d'aller à la plage à pied mais également dans le centre de Calvi.Logement très fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable.

Gute Unterkunft, aber anstrengende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Inserat mit Ausnahme der Reinigungskosten (s.u.). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problematisch, keine Bereitschaft englisch zu sprechen/schreiben und insgesamt eher unfreundlich. Auf unsere Nachricht mit der Anreisezeit wurde erst nach nochmaligem Anschreiben und der Bitte um eine kurze Rückmeldung reagiert. Als wir am Abend nach einer langen Anreise ankamen, wurden wir kühl begrüßt und uns danach vermittelt, dass wir noch zusätzliche Reinigungskosten (wohl um die 60 €) zu zahlen hätten. Wir wiesen darauf hin, dass dies nicht in der Anzeige stünde und die Vermieterin ließ nach einiger Diskussion letztlich davon ab. Zwar hat uns die Unterkunft gefallen, aber aufgrund der geschilderten weiteren Umstände würden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.
