Our home is nice and cozy. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In the family room there is a comfortable pull out couch. There are extra pillows and blankets too. There is 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. There is a kitchen with dishes and other supplies that are need. We have individual oatmeal and cereal for your convenience. If you want more towels there are some in the hall closet. While you are staying here there are grocery stores very nearby. Smith's grocery store is just half a mile east on 45th South. We are about 30 minutes to the mountains for skiing or hiking, about 15 minutes to downtown for Utah Jazz, Temple Square, Eccles Theater, etc. Wi-Fi is included and you will have the home to yourself. We have a key pad entry for your convenience. Recent upgrades include a new clothes washer in 2020, new furnace and dishwasher in 2021, and upgrade to very fast/responsive Google Fiber Internet service in 2022. New carpet was just installed throughout the home in September 2022. New kitchen and bathroom water faucets as of 2024 with full pressure. We have a no smoking, illegal drugs or parties policy for the whole property. If you do there will be an added fee.

When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room, adding a special touch. The home was quiet and peaceful, perfect for our quick getaway. The location was great! Property is in a great location with plenty of room. We had 3 adults and 1 child and did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was super easy and the host didn’t require us to complete a laundry list of items before we left which was super nice. Very quick to respond and accommodating! Added bonus: The mini boxes of breakfast cereal they provide were a huge hit with my daughter.
