The home was great for the cost. Nice place with large kitchen and living room. We were hardly there, so didn’t have time to relax in the space. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were basic, Kitchen was very nice with great island and large dining table. It seemed to have all the basic needed for cooking.

The house and location were perfect. My only issue was the listing. It was listed as the entire house, but after the booking was complete, it was mentioned there’d be someone renting the basement. Those guests came in around midnight, banging around for about an hour, waking us up. I would’ve paid more for the entire house or if I knew it was a duplex type listing, looked for something else. We were in town because my brother was having a heart procedure at St Marks. We were really hoping for more solitude…but the main level was fantastic and was very close to the hospital.

Great apartment in Salt Lake City!

This is a spacious, well-appointed apartment. It has a large yard and is next to a stables, so is extremely quiet. There's a large park nearby as well. We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort!

Cozy home with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The kitchen was spacious and had more than enough seating. There were only 3 of us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend this location.

Lots of space and very clean

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. It was very nice to have a full kitchen with everything we needed and more. I wish the road wasn't so busy because it was very noisy at night and in the morning, but we all slept very well. There was lots of space for dining, cooking, sleeping, and hanging out, and it was clean.
