Enjoy the unique outdoor space with your private pool, bar area, and screened-in porch. This property has a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and pool table. The first floor has an owner's suite with a king bed, tv, ceiling fan, and small deck. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower, a walk-in closet, and dual vanity. The second floor has the 2nd bedroom with a king bed, a shared hallway bathroom, the 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds, and the final bedroom with 2 twins. There is a shared pier for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Make this your perfect summer getaway!
