1250 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Elevated, covered deck with ceiling fan and direct view of the Ohio River. Charcoal grill on outdoor patio. Everything is brand new - appliances, beds, furniture, etc. Mattresses are top of the line Simmons Beautyrest Silver Hybrid Barrier Lagoon Plush Mattress. Comfort and temperature control with the DualCool Technology Memory Foam and excellent contouring with the renowned Beautyrest Pocketed Coil Technology.
