The Space:

Set high above Tel Aviv’s beachfront, this L-shaped studio offers a comfortable space for two, with the sea and city right outside. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy sweeping Mediterranean views, perfect for morning coffee, a quiet break, or an evening drink.



Inside, you’ll find a cozy sleeping area, full bathroom, and open living and kitchen space. With dedicated workspace with strong Wi-Fi makes it easy to handle any work that follows you. Relax with TV or prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and essential cooking basics. A grocery store is conveniently located right across the street.



Guests can also enjoy the building’s seasonal rooftop pool, shared gym facilities, and free on-site parking. An elevator and secure staircase area add convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Just over Tel Aviv's promenade (the Tayelet), which features good restaurants and all sorts of places to relax on. The Tayelet also leads to historical Jaffa in the south and to the old Port of Tel Aviv in the north. Located near the American embassy and the vibrant city center, Bugrashov and Ben Yehuda streets. This area is known for its vibrant night life, delicious eateries, 24/7 supermarkets, cool coffee shops, young and chic clothing for moderate prices and the most beautiful and attractive beaches of Tel Aviv: Banana Beach, Bugrashov Beach, Frishman Beach and the renowned Gordon Beach. It is also a walking distance from the charming quarter of Neve Tsedek with its village-like atmosphere and Tel Aviv’s Old Railway Station (HaTachana complex), full of cafes, restaurants and fashion boutiques. Few minutes from the Yemenite Quarter (Kerm Hateimanim) where you will find tens of restaurants of traditional Yemenite dishes.

Public transport is plentiful so you won't have any problem getting around.

If you need advice about local transport, I advise to use Googles maps or download the app. Gett if you need a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

•The parking space is suitable for standard cars (width of up to 1.9m and a height of up to 1.6m). If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, please contact us before your stay.



Mandatory ID & Israeli VAT Requirements



1. Government ID Requirement

In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.



2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions

By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.



Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.



3. VAT Payment Process

If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.



House Rules & Guidelines



To ensure a comfortable stay for you and a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following:



No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or large gatherings.

Noise Levels: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times.

Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by management.

Energy Conservation: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights and AC/heating whenever you leave the property.

Extra Bedding: A crib or extra folding bed is available exclusively upon request. Please arrange this with us in advance.

Please note that your check-in instructions will only be provided after we have received your government ID, along with either your B2 tourist slip or the required VAT payment.
