Great location and neighborhood! Nice green belt area and close to walk some great markets and shops. Close to campus as well as easy access to jump on bigger roads to get you around Ann Arbor.

Great spot to hang out with family and explore Ann Arbor

We really enjoyed our stay. Open kitchen, dining and living area was very nice for cooking meals and spending time with family. Easy walk to a great market and Co-op for groceries.

While the townhome was very nice, we were not made aware of the train blasting past the home 2 of 3 nights between 111:00pm and 1:00am. The train didn’t just honk, it laid on the horn! Woke me up both nights! If I would have known about the proximity of the train to the home we would have stayed elsewhere.

Perfect Fit

Great rental for our family who was in town for a funeral. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed a walk to Kerrytown/ Farmer’s market.

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures do not do the place justice. The deck area was perfect. It was raining on and off while we were there and the gazebo canopy was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. David was fantastic at responding when I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Would Recommend

Needed a place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor for a wedding and this was a wonderful place. Six of us went and we all had our own bedrooms, the house was spacious and clean. David was very responsive when I asked questions. Certainly would stay there again!

Great Ann Arbor home

Awesome location for an Ann Arbor stay. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Towels were plentiful and internet and cable viewing were great. Parking for many cars was a challenge, but workable and access to the garage for parking was a nice bonus given the inclement weather we experienced during our stay. We'd stay here again!

Multigenerational family trip to U-M

Parents and grandparent of U-M college student in Ann Arbor for a long weekend visit. We stayed at this home previously and will definitely stay again. It is clean and very well provided. The home is as it appears in the photos. The ping pong table is a hit with the college student!

Clean and comfortable

This house is just 4 minutes to the U 0f M hospital so my family was able to make it a base for visiting our brother in the ICU. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed. We parked 3 cars with room to spare. The listing doesn't say it is near the train so the noise was a slight factor but not terrible.
