Parempuyre, at the Gates of the Médoc
Our house of 100m2 is bright, located in a dead end and a quiet area.
The land is fenced, we have a secure pool and heated.
Barbecue, two bicycles including one with a baby seat, toys can be made available.
Shops (bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, supermarket ...) and playgrounds are within walking distance.
Description of the house:
1 bedroom with a 160 bed, a wardrobe and 1 office
1 children's room with 1 bed of 90 with a wardrobe and an office
1 children's room with 1 cot with a wardrobe
1 Living room - dining room of 40 m2 with a TV corner, 1 table for 8 people. As well as a corner equipped with an extra bed for 2 people.
Kitchen (microwave, oven, 2 fridges-freezer, toaster, food processor, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer) with a central island for 3 people.
Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate toilet
Wifi and television with Canal +
outside: fenced garden of 200 m2 behind the house, with a pool and a terrace and a sheltered patio.
A garden table with 6 chairs.
Sun bath and 2 chiliennes.
1 corner with a low lounge ideal for the aperitif.
We currently have a baby of 2 months and can leave all the necessary for young children.
