Pretty peaceful house ideally located 10 minutes from Mérignac airport, 20 minutes from the Bay of Arcachon and the city of Bordeaux and 30 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and its Médoc vineyards. Pleasant new house of 90 m2. You will enjoy a beautiful living space with its fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with its pool table, arcade game terminal, a pretty landscaped garden with its terrace and jacuzzi. Air-conditioned house and bathroom with balneotherapy bath. You also have a fully fenced and secure car park.
