You also forgot to specify that on the website you had access to all the details of the accommodation and especially to numerous photos before booking. The linen supplement is also clearly indicated in the rental conditions that you accepted when booking with us. As for our communication with you, it has always remained courteous and professional. Free, unlimited parking, monitored by camera, is accessible 300 meters from the accommodation as indicated in our advertisement. Are the city and the neighborhood dirty? That's your opinion. We are perfectly aware that our town is nothing like that of the American city where you live. When traveling, you have to accept a culture and an environment different from yours but also demonstrate a great open-mindedness that you seem to be sorely lacking. You are certainly used to frequenting luxury hotels and being attended like heads of state. We have been renting our accommodations for over 10 years and welcome a significant number of people into our homes each year. This is the first time we have been accused of such harsh and unfounded criticism. We do not like stories any more than we do odious, lying, and dishonest people, especially when they do not respect us like you do.

Le logement se situe à proximité d'une école primaire. Il est évident qu'en étant présent le jour de la rentrée scolaire, nous pouvons comprendre aisément que l'effervescence naturelle et compréhensible que cela peut générer vous air dérangeé. Nous regrettons que lors de votre départ, vous n'ayez pas exprimé cette gêne avec tant de conviction. C'est dommage et nous en sommes déçus.

Regarding your criticism about the lack of clilatimarisation, if you had not open your home in full day in the heat of the day when the heat is the most intense, you would have been much less hot. You will understand easily that if our homes were equipped with clilatisation it would have been indicated on our descritifs and especially you certainly would not benefit from the same rental rate. We find your level of requirement high compared to the modest amount that you have set to spend a week to four persons in high season and in the south of France for 472€.
