Cottage rated 1 star, it is located 10 minutes from the sea and the Pink Granite Coast (Perros Guirec) and close to all activities.

Studio in a farmhouse with flower garden and landscaped. In a dead end and in the countryside.

The cottage is composed of a main room with kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ...), a dining area with TV, a bedroom area, a bathroom with shower and wC ....
It has a terrace with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and a barbecue.

The commercial area with bakery, caterer, vegetable, cheese, supermarket ... is 1.2 km, the center of Lannion and its large weekly market are 2.3 km and accessible on foot or by bike by a path of trekking (GR 34 A). This path joins the bay of Perros Guirec in one direction or the bay of Lannion in the other direction.

Near Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015 on the Pink Granite Coast. The cottage is close to major roads to discover the coast, historic sites and water and land activities.

At your disposal a WIFI internet access, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, parasol, a private parking space.

Perfect for short stay exploring the area

Small, basic studio ground floor appartment with lovely outdoor space with tables and chairs in a prety garden with small patio leading from french windows. Good parking on drive. Dont forget bed linen, t towel, washing up liquid, toilet roll. ! Good proximity to lannion by car but no local shops you can walk to.
