Cosy house in a quiet area

It was a cosy house with a nice, big garden, in a very quiet nabourhood. The furniture was a bit oldfasioned. But everything you needed was there. The landlord gave us all the information about the house and about walkings in the region. That was very helpfull. We had a nice stay.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement und ein großer gepflegter, eingezäunter Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, war persönlich anwesend, hat uns alles erklärt und tolle Tipps gegeben.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere Erwartungen, aufgrund der Beschreibung, wurden übertroffen. Herr Goascogne ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der auf jeden Wunsch seiner Gäste eingeht und sofort per E-Mail antwortet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, in der Küche gibt es kein Küchenutensil, dass nicht vorhanden ist. Die Lage ist einmalig ruhig und die gepflegte Außenanlage lädt einen zum Relaxen ein. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Min. im Ort Treguier. Empfehlung für dieses Objekt 110%,ujmal auch Hunde kein Problem sind.und wenn es nächstes Jahr wieder in die Bretagne geht meine erste Wahl. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

La location est comme indiquée dans l annonce. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.Le gîte est bien situé pour des visites dans cette belle région. En plus le soleil était présent.

Découverte pays d'Armor

Séjour ayant pour but de faire découvrir cette région à des amis. Situation idéale pour la côte de granit rose, île de Bréhat, Paimpol, sans oublier la petite église de Kermaria, Tréguier et les abords des deux fleuves côtier s le Trieux et le Jaudy

Eine wunderbare Woche

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden hier. Monsieur Goascogne hat uns herzlich empfangen, hat alles Wichtige in Deutsch erklärt und und gute Tipps über die Umgebung, Veranstaltungen,... gegeben. Wir waren mit allem sehr gut versorgt. Vielen Dank an ihn! Der Garten war ein Paradies für unsere Hunde.

Sehr schönes Ferienappartement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Appartement von Mr. Goascogne. Es hat einen sehr hübschen und komplett eingezäunten Garten. Es liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Minihy-Treguier. Zu Fuss gelangt man in 15 Minuten in den Ort Treguier, mit Geschäften, Bäcker und Restaurants. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls auch zu Fuss zu erreichen, mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten. Im Appartement fehlt es an nichts, alles ist vorhanden um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Besonders den freundlichen Empfang und die Erklärungen von Mr. Goascogne möchte ich hervorheben. Es gab von ihm jede Menge Informationen zu Wanderungen und Ausflügen. Außerdem gibt es im Sommer wöchentlich eine Fete de la Musique a Treguier, auf den Straßen und auf dem großen Platz vor der Basilika St-Tugdual im Zentrum von Treguier - die uns sehr beeindruckt hat und wir hiermit weiterempfehlen möchten!

Nettes Haus in angenehmer, ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten Garten und Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus nutzen. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig, gelegen in einer Sackgasse in einem Wohngebiet. Das Zentrum von Tréguier und der nahe gelegene Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Süßes kleines Häuschen

Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, mit guten Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Ungefähr in einer Viertelstunde ist man zu Fuß im wunderschönen Treguier. Im Haus liegen sorgfältig angelegte Ordner mit Tipps für Unternehmungen und Prospekte. Zum Strand nach Trestel fährt man 16 Minuten. Der Super U Einkaufsmarkt ist sogar zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine neuere Couch mit 2 Sesseln, als auf den Fotos des Inserates zu sehen ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht, es gibt noch einen praktischen Abstellraum mit einem zweiten großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Garten ist wunderschön und komplett eingezäunt. Gartenliegen, Tische, Grill (sogar Kohle),Sonnenschirm,Wäscheleine…hier ist an alles gedacht. Wir haben einen richtig tollen Urlaub hier verbracht und von hier aus einen großen Teil der einzigartigen Schönheit der Bretagne entdeckt und genossen. Vielen Dank für alles Herr Goascogne ☀️

Un Havre de paix à Treguier

Située tout près d'un bras de mer, c'est une maison très agréable avec ses charmants jardins (devant et derrière). Le quartier est calme et agréable, on n'entend que les oiseaux en prenant le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ombragée. Gîte bien équipé, avec une belle documentation pour organiser la découverte de la région, je le recommande à tous ceux qui apprécient le calme après une journée de marche sur la côte de granit rose. De plus, Treguier est une jolie ville.

Joli jardin et confortable maison

Petit village calme et beaucoup d’excursions à faire dans les environs. La maison est bien équipée. Nous y avons passé onze jours très agréables et aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour. Le propriétaire est sympathique et donne tous les renseignements utiles.
