Wake up and walk across the street to the beach! Yes it is that close! you even have a view from your 3rd floor balcony! Picture morning coffee while looking at the water. This is such a great location. You will love coming to South Padre Island and staying here with Rent On Padre. Surfside II #307 will be become your favorite place to stay.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here

You will love this 2/2 condo. You get a king size bed in the master bedroom with a twin and a full in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for the whole family. This condo sleeps a total of 6 people.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The listing was right when it said it was across the street from the beach! You can see the beach from the balcony! We loved it. Rent on Padre was amazing to work with and the place was clean. Be sure to walk up the street to Kelly's Irish Pub and have the Irish Nachos and a pint.
