Discover this pleasant 75 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

It benefits from a privileged location, in the immediate vicinity of shops and the beach.

The living space consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster), a convivial dining area and a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and television.

The apartment has two bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm double bed, wardrobes and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms share access to a functional bathroom comprising two sinks and a storage unit.

Outside, you will appreciate the west-facing terrace, ideal for sharing your meals or enjoying beautiful evenings in complete peace and quiet.



This apartment is the ideal starting point for discovering the Breton coast whilst enjoying a calm and pleasant setting.

Le Conquet and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:

- 850 m from the fishing port and landing stage, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 550 m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.

- 350 m from the GR34 hiking trail and Porsliogan fine sand beach.

l'appartement est conforme au descriptif qui est fait sur Abritel et effectivement proche de la plage et du centre ville , ce qui est pratique pour les courses alimentaires et les restaurants. Toutefois il faut savoir que la terrasse est inutilisable en période de forte chaleur avant 21 heures 30 environ car orientée sud ouest donc extrêmement chaude et ne dispose pas du moindre parasol....De ce fait le séjour entièrement vitré ainsi que l'une des chambres deviennent vite des bouilloires et l'appartement ne dispose pas de ventilateurs. je l'ai signalé à l'agence Iroise en charge de cette location sans réaction de leur part, c'est regrettable car les périodes de canicule vont devenir courantes y compris dans le Finistère nord. Notre séjour a également été largement perturbé par la présence de blattes dans le séjour cuisine mais également dans les chambres et malgré notre vigilance nous en avons retrouvé dans nos bagages en rentrant, ce qui est extrêmement désagréable. Ayant également signalé ce problème à l'agence Iroise nous avons reçu pour seule réponse que cela est fréquent en rez de chaussée, que ces blattes viennent de la terrasse...etc nous n'avons pas reçu la moindre excuse!

Appartement sehr gut , nur Blick zum Meer fehlte. Vor Ortservice sehr gut . Wifi besorgt und Hilfe bei Kontakt zur Werkstatt für Reifenreparatur. Ausgezeichnet. Infos zu toller Bäckerei und Supermarket. Le conquet ein Städtchen mit viel Charme und vielen lokalen Aktivitäten, Märkte , Gesangsveranstaltungen etc. .

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est idéalement placé. Proche de 2 plages et proche du village. Très propre et bien équipé. Terrasse sympa. Les petits bémols: les lits sont courts et les matelas trop durs pour nous. Le bruit du système de ventilation peut déranger dans le séjour. Je recommande cette location!
