We offer you an exceptional stay in this independent house of 120 m², entirely renovated with taste and benefiting from a magnificent sea view. South-facing, it enjoys optimal brightness throughout the day. Ideally located near shops and beaches.

Outside, you will appreciate the garden and terrace facing the sea, perfect for sharing your meals or simply admiring the landscape. The terrace is equipped with a wrought iron table and six chairs.

On the ground floor, the house has a vast convivial living space comprising a lounge with television and a dining area that can accommodate six people. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, 4-ring induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee maker, a capsule coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as a table for six guests.

You will also find a first spacious bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink.

An independent toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms offer beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has a 160 cm bed, a corner sofa and storage furniture. The third bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, a 90 cm bed, a desk and a chest of drawers.

A bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink unit as well as an independent toilet complete the upper floor.

This house is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in a privileged setting between sea, beaches and coastal paths.

Le Conquet and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:

- 1.3km from the fishing port and landing stage, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 900m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, creperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.

- 140m from the GR34 hiking trail and 400m from Portez fine sand beach.
