Guest Farm House on 2 acre Estate
Built in 1942 as the caretakers house for a large walnut farm. A just completed extensive remodel features an all new kitchen, bathroom and floors through out. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle. Living room has a brand new click clok couch that coverts to a full bed (very comfortable). Will sleep a maximum of 5 people. New smart tv with wireless internet service. Washer and dryer in house. Private drive way. Plenty of room for parking. 6 mile away from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and gateway to Millerton Lake, Shaver Lake, Huntington Lake and China Peak Ski Resort.
