I'm a mom of four young children, married to my best friend and working in my 2nd business. We live in NYC and enjoy this house as our "get away from it all" home. Easy access to the beach and local farms make it relaxing and family friendly. The solar-heated pool is a joy in summer. Kids love the 7 foot high treehouse. Enjoy the fire pit for cozy nights and grill burgers and steaks all year long on the $3,000 Weber Grill. While the design is old world, the house is full of technical and up-to-date amenities like solar-heated pool; indoor/outdoor Sonos wireless speakers; Phillips Hue Smart Lighting system, 80-inch curved TV and state of the art chef's kitchen that's fully stocked.
