Relax on the beach! Recently constructed 2,200 square foot, 3 bdrm home on a private sandy beach facing Long Island Sound with a view of Charles Island! Silver Sands State Park 30 yards away! Walk the beach, kayak, bike, run. Big deck! Restaurant within walking distance & plenty more a short drive away. Park up to 4 vehicles below the house. This is a newly constructed, stylish beach house with loads of windows! Views, location and ambiance. Good for couples, adventurers, families (with kids).

Please hang wet towels up to dry. Do not wash any of the sheets or towels - we will take care of that. Also, helpful if you do not make the beds you've used. Easier for our cleaners this way.
Sign out of any streaming services on the Smart TVs. Bring cushions in from outside seating.
Dishes and cookware should be left clean and dry. If you have to use anything right before checking out, please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love this home! This was our second stay here and we plan to return. The house was immaculate and the hosts were extremely thoughtful and attentive. The views are unmatched and it was so awesome to be on the beach. This time we brought our dog and she loved staring at the water. Although they have a chef's kitchen, if you don't feel like cooking, the Greek restaurant across the street is delicious.

Unobstructed ocean view/access. Woke up each morning to sunrise view of ocean and Charles island. House was easy to find and everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious, stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Milford had multiple great restaurant options (we suggest Seven Seas) and was nearby to New Haven For pizza and Italian.

This is truly an amazing property. It’s beautifully laid out with all of the amenities that someone would want in a luxury vacation home destination. It’s also positioned right in front of Charles Island and our first morning, we woke up at sunrise and because it was low tide we walked out onto the island. It’s very magical. While we didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is ideal for feeding lots of people. The living room and dining area are very spacious. the fireplace and lots of sunlight warm up the whole open floor plan.We also enjoyed the hot tub in the master suite. Most of all we enjoyed sitting on the deck, facing the beach and enjoying the south facing sun …all day long.The owners are great communicators and do everything to make your stay special one. We will be back!
This is the land bridge that goes out to Charles Island at low tide.

Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.
