Welcome to our Tempe home! This 1,900 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for families and groups looking for a comfortable home base with a great Arizona backyard.

The open-concept living space features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops and an accordion window that opens completely to the outdoor bar. Outside, enjoy the private pool, heated spa, covered patio, grill and firepit.

Families are welcome—we provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair, along with linens, bath towels and pool towels. The home also includes a garage, washer/dryer and keyless entry.

**POOL & SPA**

The spa is heated and included with your stay.

Optional pool heating is available for a flat $300 per stay with at least 48 hours’ notice. When heated, we target approximately 83°F and run the heater during daytime hours to maintain temperature.

During cooler months, unheated pool temperatures generally follow overnight temperatures rather than the daytime high. Even when Phoenix has beautiful 80°F days, the pool can remain quite cool after cold nights. Pool heating is most commonly requested October–November and March–May.

Please keep in mind that an 83°F heated swimming pool will still feel cooler than a hot tub, particularly on chilly mornings and evenings.

**GOOD TO KNOW**

• Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, excluding children, per local ordinance.
• For groups of unrelated friends, all guests must be at least 25 years old per our insurance requirements.
• The home is not pet-friendly. Please contact us before booking with any questions regarding animals or accessibility needs.
• During warmer months, the home can be cooled to 72°F.
• We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

**ARIZONA MONSOON SEASON**

Phoenix's monsoon season generally runs from mid-June through mid-September. Brief storms can bring strong winds, rain and dust, occasionally leaving leaves or debris in the pool. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and we make reasonable efforts to address significant storm debris between scheduled services when possible.
