Located in South Scottsdale just minutes from Old Town, this single-level home combines a playful personality with plenty of space for families and groups to relax, gather and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

The open living space gives everyone room to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight, making it easy to bring the whole group together.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Four comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space for groups, with a total of five queen beds and three bathrooms, including two en-suite bathrooms.



Fresh linens and comfortable accommodations make it easy to recharge between days by the pool and nights exploring Scottsdale.

Cool off in the private deep-water pool, available to be heated for an additional fee, or spend the afternoon relaxing on the poolside loungers. A custom putting green, table tennis and turf area add plenty of ways to keep the group entertained.



The covered patio provides shaded outdoor dining, while the BBQ pergola and lounge area create a comfortable spot for grilling, drinks and evenings outside under the lights.

Other Things to Note:

Please Note: The decorative waterfall feature visible in some pool photos is currently non-operational due to a leak and is not available for guest use. The swimming pool itself is fully operational and available as advertised.



NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
