This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is a half a mile from the picturesque Sombrero Beach.
Located on Sombrero Isle's Crystal Lagoon, this tropical oasis features ample deep water dockage and is minutes from Sister's Creek and a short trip to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico via the 7 mile bridge.

The lower level of this home offers a second living area with a pool table and separate bathroom and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds.


Enjoy afternoons in the crystal clear oversized pool or bring your boat for fishing and snorkeling trips off our plentiful coral reefs.

Boat lift is not for guest use.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.
- 4 bedrooms - 2 King Bedroom, 1 room with 2 Queen Beds, 1 room with 2 sets of bunks beds.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Perfect place to relax

This is the perfect house to Relax and also fish the day away. Great location to the Atlantic and the Gulf. When we first got there and opened the door it was just like the pictures and did not disappoint with all the amenities. We have visited the Keys many times and this by far was the best house that we have stayed in.

Beautiful Home! Great Location!

We have stayed in Marathon many times. This location does not disappoint! Beautiful home, beautiful property, large pool!! We had some kayaks delivered to use and rented a boat, that was delivered to the dock. The kitchen is large and nice to cook in. The home was definitely large enough for all 10 of us. We had a great time!

Wonderful Sombrero Key vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The weather was perfect which did play a part. The pool was in great shape, the dock was great for kayaking. We did not have a boat but the dock was there if we did. Great location. We biked to the beautiful Sombrero beach every day. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a conventional over. The house has a microwave/convection over which I never could figure out how to bake in. But other than that I would recommend the house.

Perfect Family Get-A-Way

We just returned from a week at this beautiful property. Having three generations under one roof for a full week was a priceless gift. We spent time in the pool, rented a boat to explore and utilize the boat dock, and enjoyed the terrific Florida Keys weather. Wonderfully decorated and excellent location for taking in all that Marathon has to offer. We contributed a new pack and play for those who may need it for their little ones while visiting.

The perfect family vacation!

Property was exactly as described. It was fantastic! We had 8 adults, plenty of room and lots of fun! Victoria was great to work with. I couldn’t find an iron and ironing board and she had them shipped to the house in a couple days. We rented a boat and loved being able to walk out to the dock and get on the water whenever we liked. The pool and view were gorgeous!! We will be back !

Excellent Time

Smoke alarm battery went dead and we called and someone brought us one that morning. One bad thing. TV in living room said connection lost and couldn’t get it working again
