"Went To The Beach" is located on 30A and in the heart of the Emerald Coast. The beaches are world-renowned for their crystal-clear blue water and white sugar sand! This top floor unit is a mere 5 minute walk to a privately accessed beach. Nestled in a cozy forest laden community, guests are less than 2 miles east of Seaside and 3 miles from WaterColor.

The open concept dining/living room/kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There's seating for 6 at the dining table and another 3 at the extended bar top counter, plus more seating out on the balcony. Gather on the comfy sectional for a family game night or to catch up on your favorite TV show. Beach day or pool day? Either way you'll be there in minutes at Seaview Villas A402.

Located in Seagrove Beach, this is an amazing luxury condominium along 30A. This complex offers gated security and a large 2000 sq.-ft. pool for you to enjoy when not at the nearby beach. Enjoy the nature walk to the beach access ... approximately 5 minutes. Each condo tower has it's own community charcoal grill. Also, the location is convenient to fabulous restaurants and shopping in the nearby communities of Seagrove, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and more.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great condo!

It was a very nice unit. Very quiet area. We basically had the pool to ourselves. Unit was was very spacious! Wasn’t a bad walk to the beach through beach access. Would love to rent again!

Beautiful location and property

This unit is so beautiful! Great kitchen area and comfortable beds. It's a five-minute walk to the beach. Make sure you clear with management the private versus the public beach. The HOA does not provide setups for renters to the public beach.

Good location; awesome private beach access

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a great size and had an awesome pool. The walk to the beach is more than 5 minutes, especially when you are lugging 3 kids and all the beach things. It was well worth the walk, though, as the private beach was perfect! Not crowded at all like the public access points further down the beach. No problems with the condo. A few things weren’t completely clean, but nothing that wasn’t easily fixed. Great proximity to restaurants, outfitters and ice cream shops. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at A402. The private beach is so nice. The man who is in charge of the umbrella and chair rentals (Ethan) is so nice. He treated us extremely well. As far as the condo, the appliances need to be updated. The oven did not work properly and the dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes. It would also be nice to have a larger fridge. With 8 people staying there - there didn't seem to be enough room for all our food/drinks. Other than that - it was a wonderful condo. We enjoyed our stay.

The private beach access is a short walk to a gorgeous beach with sand as white as sugar. The house was well-stocked with games, kitchen ware, even a beach wagon in the closet! There a several little eating and shopping areas just a few minutes away. Bikes were available for rental, too, right on sight. Questions to Benchmark were answered within minutes and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

The Perfect Girls Getaway

Benchmark themselves as a vacation rental company made prepping for the trip incredibly easy - the digital portal with home information and FAQs helped us feel prepared for exactly what to bring and it was a breeze getting checked in. The property itself was perfect. I deeply appreciate a home with multiple king size beds so that everyone is comfortable and 3 full bathrooms was a dream. The house was perfectly clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a few minutes but I would walk double for the private space - we didn't realize how beneficial it would be to have a private beach but now we would come back just for that! The pool was the perfect temperature for an afternoon dip after the beach as well. It was a quiet community and exactly what we needed. As a group, we would (and may) happily come back to this property!

Parking was a breeze and we felt safe the whole time. We had two moms and four teen boys on a mother/son trip. Check in was easy. Great communication. Condo was clean and ready when we got there as well as the bikes we ordered. We used La Dolce Vita for beach service. The walk to the beach was super easy and worth it for the private beach. Not crowded at all compared to the public beach next to us. Kitchen is stocked but no seasonings at all so bring them- even salt and pepper. Balcony was great at night too. Really nothing bad to say about it. It's my fifth trip to 30A, first time not staying right on the beach and it was great. Love Seagrove. (also they texted me every day asking how things were going.)

Family Beach Vacation

One of the parking passes was missing, one of the beach passes was missing, and one of the pool bracelets was missing. But we got that figured out. Floors could use a deep cleaning, our feet got really dirty walking around. Overall, a beautiful condo. Extremely well appointed. Lovely. Easy walk to an uncrowded beach. Perfect!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Seaview Villas A402. The guests before us accidentally took one of the two beach access cards home with them. The management company called us prior to our check in to let us know. A card is required to access the beach. Only having one gate card became very inconvenient when everyone in our party wasn't going to or leaving the beach together. Suggestions:1) The condo needs new steak knives. They were very dull.2) Provide baking pans. There were none.3) More bowls for cereal would have been nice.4) Condo needs mixing/serving bowls. There were 2 very heavy ceramic bowls that were hard to deal with.Even though there were a few nuances, I would still recommend this rental. It was near perfect barring the suggestions above.

Fabulous Property

The villa was beautiful, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We loved being able to see the water from the 4th floor balcony and family room windows. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable! The walk to the beach crossed 2 streets but neither streets were super busy and were easy to cross. The walk took about 5 to 10 minutes depending on if you had the little ones with you. We loved the beach and the villa and would definitely return!!

Varenda, thank you so much for your review of Seaview Villas A402! This top floor unit is spacious and has nice views of the Gulf. We love how it is not far from the water but still close to some shops and restaurants. We hope that the next time you want to visit 30A, that you will give us a call.
