We loved our stay! The condo was well appointed and close to everything. Our hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!
Convenient to the shuttle bus and located in a great area with many close dining options. We apprecIated that the kitchen was well stocked, including basic spices and supplies.
Communication with Dana is amazing! Super easy check in and great information about condo and location in the notebook that she provides. Park city is a fun place and the free busses make it super easy to get around! Would stay her again and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I am so glad that you found the information book useful! The free shuttle buses are so easy to use & I am happy that you took a minute to explore that method of transportation! Thank you for being a wonderful group!
Free shuttle 100 feet from front door. Many excellent dining options within walking distance. Unit was stocked with everything you could need. Owner very responsive via text. Underground parking was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the convenience of Dana's condo! We could take the shuttle easily to Park City or Deer Valley. We usually drove to Deer Valley in under 10 minutes. Dana was an amazing host and very responsive!! We'd gladly stay here again!!

Holly was a wonderful guest! I loved hosting her group & would welcome her back any day!
Great location, condo was perfect for 4 adults. The only issue was the initial access to the property; codes weren't working aka typical technology! Dana was right on it and figured out a workaround.

Thank you for being wonderful guests! I enjoyed hosting your group! Thank you for your patience with the entry code. I am glad that we got that fixed so fast.
The apartment is nicer in person than the photos. Great location. Easy access to Main Street via drive or free shuttle from across the street.
Great communication from Dana and answered all questions quickly.
Thank you.

Thank you for the positive review! I have a team of people that work hard to make everything as nice as possible during your stay. I enjoyed hosting your family! Come again!
Wonderful stay. Condo is very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Property Manager was very communicative and the manual in the unit was easy to use and very newsy! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Easy walking distance to groceries, restaurants, etc. Parking was easy and most importantly a 10 minute ride to Deer Valley or Park City for skiing! We will be back.

I’m so glad that your group enjoyed the place! Thank you for being wonderful guests!
Great space, was clean and organized. Building is older and has paper thin floors. You could hear the upper unit thundering around all hours of the night - rolling their office chair, walking around, running water, flushing toilets, etc.
Can't say enough positive things about host and space, but would not stay here again due to building physical characteristics.

I am so sorry for the noise. I communicated with the gals above me & they have committed to quieting down. Any more noise & I can contact the building manager. The girls were not aware that noise was an issue and they are more than happy to comply. For future guests, please let me know right away if there are any issues. This is something I can take care of quietly and quickly. Thank you!
The views of the mountains were awesome!
The property was sparkling clean!
Everything was new, nice & perfectly maintained!
The location was in the middle of everything, with 3 of my favorite Park City restaurants basically right outside the door!
We used the free shuttle bus & trolley systems so we didn't need to worry about parking when we left the condo. The reserved underground space was very appreciated as well.
I didn't get a chance to cook, but the kitchen was extremely well stocked with a full-size fridge, oven, microwave and a cute little Bosch dishwasher!
The bed linens were high-quality and the master bed was very posh & comfortable.
The upgraded Wifi was appreciated and we were able to stream a movie from the Smart 4K tv without any issues.
The entry, with space for ski's and coats, seemed very efficient, and we can't wait to come back! The only thing about leaving this review is that everyone else will love it too...
I enjoyed hosting these guests! They were wonderful!
About the host
Hosted by Dana Fallentine
Matt & I have been married for 25+ years and have 4 children, and they are all ski bunnies! We have raised our kids in San Diego, CA but I am originally from Utah and grew up skiing in the Wasatch Mountains.
Why they chose this property
A lot of thought, and after years of staying in different places all around Park City we settled on Prospector Square. We, along with our 4 kids are avid skiers and love fresh snow! We needed to be less than a mile away, and on the bus route because that is the only way to guarantee you can be first on the lift on snow days. The city keeps the roads clear that the free shuttle buses drive. I also like the flexibility of being able to drive and/or taking the shuttle bus. It's also nice if we head off the mountain at different times that everyone in our group is able to return to our spot by entering codes, and we don't have to worry about keys or rides.
We decided we needed to stay in the heart of Park City, with easy access to the free shuttle buses, & reserved parking. We love being next to the best restaurants in town! Powder Run, with its fabulous location and posh new finishes, is the pinnacle of luxury & cozy comfort!
What makes this property unique
The location is prime! We are across the street from the Park City Sheraton, which is the Sundance Film Festival headquarters. This place comes with overnight parking for 2 cars, hot tub access during ski season, and upgraded WIFI and cable.
