Canyon Gulch Condo has been thoughtfully renovated and decorated with our guest’s comfort and style top of mind. Fully furnished offering natural light, spacious layout and updates throughout!



📍LOCATION: Located on the Happy Canyon Trail, enjoy walking/biking access right outside your front door. This quiet community on the Parker/Englewood border offers a perfect location near 470. In less than 15 minutes, you have easy access to the Denver Tech Center, Parker, light rail & other South Metro Denver locations.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: Gorgeous bedroom offers a new King-sized bed with luxury pillowtop mattress and bedding, ensuite bath with double sinks and large soaking tub. All the comforts of home with flat screen smart TV and abundance of storage in the oversized walk-in closet.

🍴KITCHEN AND DINING: The updated kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Open floor plan to dining and family rooms. Easy to cook and entertain with tons of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. All the comforts of home including Keurig and traditional coffee pot. There is even a selection of seasonings to get you going.



The counter top bar provides seating for two plus the dining room table provides seating for six, making it a great place to entertain.



🚗GARAGE: One Car Attached garage plus covered carport offers direct access from garage to home. There is one set of stairs from garage to unit. A max of 2 vehicles are permitted unless worked out ahead of your stay.



🖥️OFFICE AREA: Small office/desk area located off family room for when you have to get a little work done. High speed, free wifi throughout.



🧡HOME EXTRAS: Large capacity washer/dryer. One level living. Sleeps 6. Large deck. New flat screen TVs in family room and master with Comcast cable and Netflix. Freshly painted. Mountain modern décor. Comfortable furniture with plenty of linens and blankets. Luxury vinyl floors throughout main and carpet in the bedrooms. Pocket parks throughout neighborhood with outdoor grills and disc golf course.



🔐SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.



ACCESS TO UNIT: Our unit is all on one level once inside. There are 16 stairs from the garage directly into the unit. If you take the stairs from parking lot, there are 21 stairs.



🛬30-minute commute to the Denver International Airport and easy access to the mountains! Rocky Vista Medical University is across the street and Centennial Airport is a 7 minute drive.



Home is managed by local owners who pride themselves on being attentive to any issues and offer quick responses to our guests. Owners are licensed real estate agents in the State of Colorado.



This is a NO SMOKING 🚭(of any kind) property which includes the condo, deck and garage. If evidence of smoke is detected, guest will forfeit their security deposit.



ELECTRIC VEHICLES: If you own a vehicle that needs to be charged, there is a $5/day charge. Information needs to be conveyed to owners at time of booking. Tesla owners, there is a charging station a few miles away at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree.
