This semi-ocean front features: 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large open living room and dinning room, 3 outdoor decks, and a fully stocked kitchen. This home is short/3 min. walk to the beach, and a short walk/bike ride to restaurants, shops and more! Linens and towels and not provided, but there is a washer and dryer available on site.

Property was exactly as described and great location to the beach. Short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed but I’d recommend bringing your own pan if you like to cook. There was a small spider issue inside the house. I did send a message to the owner and spoke to the property manager. The outside is sprayed but I recommended pest control come inside before it gets out of hand. Property manager was very responsive when A/C stopped working. Issue was fixed the next day.

Cottage was great! There was a problem with the hot water heater when we checked in. Water heater was not repairable. Riley, the host had it replaced the next morning and arranged for us to shower at neighbors if necessary that night.Hot water heater was replaced in a matter of hours. Things happen but a great recovery! We’ll be back!

The Perfect Place

This house is great. Location is awesome and plenty of room. Very conveniently located to all the great places to eat and stuff to do. Pier is a quick walk as is the beach access. House is well kept and will for sure book this property again.
