This welcoming beach home is one row back from the ocean, located at milepost 21 in South Nags Head. It is just a 3-minute walk—about 150 yards—to the beach access, with beautiful ocean and sound views from the sunrooms and newly updated decks.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms: one king bedroom with en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms total.

The open-concept main floor features attractive new luxury vinyl plank flooring in grey ash, a new dining table for six, four new barstools, and an additional sunroom table seating four. The kitchen has brand-new appliances.

Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs and a $100 fee per dog.

Renter must sign and return rental agreement with booking and provide copy of valid Drivers License. AND message copy of the license to host.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them and their party during their stay.
