A 20-minute walk to Long Sands or short sands and Downtown York.

Amazing Home on the Nubble!

This home is beautiful and the location is great! Easy 5 minute walk to Nubble Light and a 15-20 minute walk to Short Sands. The home itself has three levels with three separate living areas and high end finishes throughout. It is a perfect layout for a larger groups that want a big gathering space but also some good options for privacy. There is also a good sized deck with a view of Nubble Light from one end. All in all, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation spot in York!

Amazing

We had such a beautiful stay for our son’s wedding weekend. They house was perfect, clean, comfy beds, and well stocked with linens. Owner was available to answer questions promptly which was such a relief. The video included answered most any questions ahead of time which kept the need for communication down. This owner has thought of everything. Being my first rental, the standard has been set pretty high. I can’t imagine any other owner topping this. We are even considering a return visit to just have down time with friends. Thank you so very much!!!

Best house for a family!

This property was a fantastic! Sean was a pleasure to work with from the minute we secured our booking. He also reached out a couple days prior to confirm details of our arrival so everything would run smoothly. We had a few questions prior to arrival and his responses were very quick. House was extremely clean and spacious for my family of 9. We're looking forward to returning next fall! I highly recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed.
