This unit is located in the newly renovated Sunset House, on the 2nd floor, near the elevator, with full views of the beautiful Marco Island beach and spectacular sunset settings. It can comfortably sleep 5. It has a king size bed in the master along with a sleeper sofa in both the master and in the living room.

The condo has everything you need for an extended stay, fully stocked with linens and anything you may need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Granite counter tops, TVs in the living room and bedroom, internet and cable, fully equip kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the beach will make for an unforgettable stay. The pool in the building is heated and the building offers many activities for your enjoyment. Each unit has a cover carport assigned keeping your vehicle protected form the weather.
