Located in the beautiful South Seas gated resort style community, our stylish and updated 18th floor, tower 3 condo sits high above the shimmering Gulf waters, overlooking the natural beauty of Tigertail Beach and the large heated pool. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets fading into the Gulf from the expansive balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing or invigorating beach adventure, look no further! Enjoy comfort and style in this lovely two bedroom, two bath condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or pool or wherever the sun and salty air take you.

Marco Island has many activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to miles of white sandy beaches, there is a movie theatre restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, parks, fishing, shelling and dolphin charters, boat cruises, a historical museum and a multitude of other waters sports options for guests of all ages. We are close to the Everglades and Naples as well. Our condo is walking distance to several island favorites including Dorene's Cup of Joe!

Great property, clean, has everything you need for your stay. We stayed one week and enjoyed pickleball every day as well as the pool and beach. Owner was readily available for any questions I had. All of the owners and renters that we met during our stay were super friendly. We would 100% rent and stay here again.

Fun Getaway

A special time in Paradise

Girls Trip

We had an amazing stay at LaBella Vita on Marco! The condo is exactly as advertised. Furnished with all the necessities, including beach must haves. The condo is decorated so tastefully with many extras that set it apart. The view from the balcony is amazing! We loved watching the sunsets. Tricia was a wonderful host & always responded very quickly to any questions. The only things that we didn’t love was the long haul to get down to the ocean. There is a beach wagon provided (thankfully), but it was a workout to pull everything down to the water because you have to walk around the lagoon. It’s not a straight path/not directly oceanfront. The other thing was the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard/firm. I know those things are personal preference. If you like an extra firm mattress, you’ll love it. Neither of these things would prevent us from renting this gorgeous condo again in the future. I just like to give 100% honest reviews & offer full transparency. I would still give this property 5/5 ⭐️.

While an 8/10 may seem fine, I strive for perfection as demonstrated in my nearly all 10/10 reviews between my two properties. I am disappointed that you did not provide any feedback during your stay or in this review, even when asked, enabling me to provide a 10 star stay to future guests. You stated "We had a great time. You have a beautiful place! Thank you!". You checked out late without asking, but I let it slide as I always try to accommodate my guests when I can.

My husband, Eric, and I have two adult children, Tyler and Madison, and a fur baby, Skipper, a Golden Retriever who loves island life as much as we do. I enjoy going to the beach, boating, yoga and walking Skipper. Eric loves to golf and fish and I love to cook! Marco Island is pretty spectacular for all of these reasons and we would be happy to provide recommendations for your trip. We also own the unit next door and owned a long term rental property and a vacation rental in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and understand the importance of clean, pristine properties, responsiveness and service. We are excited to share our slice of paradise with you and hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Marco Island - if you’ve been here before, enough said. If not, enjoy Marco Island’s pristine outdoors with beautiful beaches, a tropical climate and many nearby golfing and boating options and only a short ride from Naples and the Everglades. Marco Island is family friendly but also a great place to enjoy a happy hour, or two (we won't judge if it's more!).

South Seas Resort - is a gated beachfront community at the North end of Crescent Beach and a short walk to Tigertail beach. If amenities are your thing, we have a pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and pickle ball courts and are within walking distance to dining and shopping. There is a full gym and boating docks are also available. But South Seas is not for everyone, and I want you to love your time with us. If you are looking for bustling action and crowded beaches, further South might be the right spot for you. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation without crowds and access to activities but don’t want to stay in the middle of it, you’ve found the right place. Also, be aware, that while we are beachfront, it does take 10 minutes to walk to the gulf.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is stunningly updated, chic and beautiful but what really makes our property unique is that I provide the differentiated experience that sets our unit apart from the others. I want to help you have that relaxed beach vacation. I am still exploring all there is to do in Marco Island and the surrounding area and want to share it with you. I am happy to point you in the right direction for anything you might need, before, during or after your stay. If anything is missing or not quite right with your unit, I am just a 2 mile drive away to help. My goal is that you want to come back, again and again, and tell your friends. I can’t promise that things won’t go wrong, but I can promise to be responsive and make things right as quickly as possible. I travel a lot and know that the little things are what will make this an experience to remember.
