Location mensongère : un autre appartement à l’arrivée !

Pratiquement arrivée à destination, nous avons reçu un message du propriétaire nous fixant un rendez-vous Avenue Sainte-Marguerite. Nous le rejoignons, pensant récupérer les clés de la location rue Vallauris mais il n’en est rien. Il nous présente un appartement inconnu au bataillon: nous n’irons jamais dans l’appartement initialement loué. Devant le fait accompli et pour ne pas dormir à la rue avec mes enfants, nous sommes contraints d’accepter cet imprévu. L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée sans balcon et sans climatisation. Il n’y a pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire contrairement à ce qui était convenu. La moitié de la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, l’appartement est envahi d’insectes remuant le long des murs et faisant des bébés dans toutes les pièces. L’appartement est mal nettoyé, la cabine de douche est pleine de calcaire, une des salles de bains pleines d’araignées. Durant le séjour, nous rencontrons les voisins, surpris que nous soyons des locataires vacanciers car c’est apparemment interdit dans le bail. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, une fois rentrés, nous avons reçu un mail nous demandant de lui mettre 5 étoiles en souhaitant que nous revenions l’année prochaine. C’est scandaleux, selon lui nous étions surclassé !
