Great getaway

Great house in a family friendly neighborhood. The owner was easy to work with. The home is well maintained and the pool is wonderful. Earle and Connie who look after the House keep it in immaculate condition and couldn’t be nicer. Plus they are a wonderful source of information regarding the area. Thanks! We’ll be back to Vero Beach.

Two months @ villa A

My husband and I had a wonderful two month stay at John’s home. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was updated and well appointed. We especially enjoyed grilling lunches and dinners out by the pool. Location is very convenient — close to food shopping and restaurants as well — but John’s hospitality and the welcoming neighbors gave the place a special touch. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks again John.

Best outfitted VRBO ever

My wife and I stayed at Villa Alfberg for about a month in January 2021. The house was well stocked and had lots of thoughtful touches. The pool was awesome and the ride to the beach was short drive over the causeway.

Wonderful getaway

John is a consummate host and his property so lovely and well-appointed. Friendly neighbors, short distances to many outdoor activities and dog-welcoming amenities make for a perfect getaway.

great experience, house was extremely clean, heated pool was great, conveniently located close to groceries and shopping. Communication was top notch, internet was fast and lots of tv channels to watch, nicely decorated, can’t say enough we loved our stay......we will be back

Villa Alfberg Visit

We really enjoyed our stay in Vero Beach at Villa Alfberg...the location is very good...the pool was warm...the beds comfortable and great weather!! The communication with the owner and manager was excellent. We had everything we needed....the welcome gift was very much appreciated!!!

Wonderful, relaxing Vero Week

We were very pleased with the home, it is very comfortable and has many considerate amenities . The pool is a wonderful addition to the property. We appreciated the property manager's and owner's attention to solving the wifi issue when we first arrived. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing time time to explore and enjoy Vero Beach.

Very clean, updated and well appointed. Everything you need is there! Earle, John's neighbor, checked us in and is extremely helpful. he also gave us a a 2 tour of the area.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Nice and cozy home. Great location and convenient to many shops and restaurants. BBQ wasn’t working, however, owner replaced it the next day. Some comfort items where missing such as throw blankets, extra pillows and blankets, need a kettle, more dishes and cutlery. Nice neighborhood. Quite and felt very safe.
