Beautiful, quiet home perfect for a family vacation to Vero Beach. Large private, heated pool. Enjoy large spaces both inside and out to gather for meals, games, and quality time. Close to public beach, shopping, and dining. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and coffee bar. Guests also have use of charcoal grill, laundry (washer, dryer, detergent), hair dryer, pool/beach supplies (towels, wagon, cooler, chairs, toys), pool floats, and games. The home is a short drive (about ten minutes) to public beach parking. The local beach parks have ample free, public parking and easy access to beautiful beaches and public restrooms. Nearby, enjoy some wonderful local restaurants and shops on Ocean Drive.

The pool is heated to 82 degrees Farenheit between the hours of 7am to 8pm during the winter months. Guests are not able to change the pool temperature unless previously arranged with host.

Pool is to be used at your own risk. You must abide by all posted pool rules.

A vacation to remember

We had a fantastic week in Vero Beach. The house was exactly as described and the pool was amazing. Everything you need, this house has. It's about a ten minute drive from the house to our favorite beach spot at jaycee park. The traffic is so light in this small town, which is perfect for those who don't like crowds or sitting in traffic. Mary was great, and answered any questions we had quickly. I will most definitely booked with them the next time we visit Vero.

Beautiful stay in Vero Beach!

This property was perfect for our family! It had plenty of space, was extremely clean and had all the basic daily amenities we needed! The pool was awesome and a great option when the kids needed a break from the beach. When we did go to the beach, the host had everything we needed to make a perfect picnic day! The house was close to groceries, dining, beaches and shopping and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Vero Beach area!

It was a wonderful weekend! Mary was excellent to work with & responded quickly to all our questions. The pool area was perfect to relax & sit around with family & friends! The house was centrally located to all our activities in Vero. We would definitely rent & be back again.

Clean. Up-to-Date Family House

Inside was clean, nicely decorated and well organized. Very easy to move into. The grill was great for grilling and barbecuing. The pool was clean and well maintained although the light was not working. I sent a message about this but never received a reply although I think maybe it wasn't received because Mary communicated very well other than this. The kitchen is well stocked. There were little extras that really helped, like a pack-n-play. The weather was windy when we were there so the beach was uncomfortable. The pool was protected from the wind and nicely heated so we spent most of our time there. The only negative was the neighborhood is scruffy and the general landscaping of the area is dissappointing.

Hi, Juanita! I am glad you and your family enjoyed the home. I apologize, I never received a message from you about the pool light. I am sorry to hear you were not pleased with the landscaping. We purchased the home last year and completely removed and replaced the landscaping to make it have a tropical feel, but all of these plants are in beginning stages and have not yet entirely blossomed. The septic system had to be replaced and the grass in the backyard has been difficult to regrow, although we are trying! The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are kind and welcoming! :)

Beautiful clean updated home

Gorgeous super-clean home had everything we needed! Just as appeared in photos. Newly renovated-EVERYTHING was new and clean. The house was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities. The kitchen had a large amount of well organized cookware/storageware and dishes. The living room had lots of plush seating for us to enjoy our movie nights (thanks for the popcorn!) The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was lots of closet space. The bathrooms were perfect with lots of fresh towels and toiletries. The pool was beautiful but the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t take advantage of it, or the lanai that had plenty of seating. There was a lot of thought put into what was provided-the beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and lots of fresh pool/beach towels, games, and coffees. Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and our only regret was that the trip wasn’t longer. We would definitely book again!
