The location was great! Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We did utilize the parking garage and it was easily accessible and nice to not have to drive and pay for parking to grab food. The view from the balcony was nice. Very quick response from the management team if we had questions.

Air wasn't working the first day of my stay. Management offered nothing to help ease my bad experience. The balcony is sperated by a tarp so you can hear every movement and convo your neighbors make. Views or ok from the room nothing special. Room is very small and bed is like sleeping on a concrete. Will not recommend staying here.

I’m sorry the air conditioning wasn’t working on your first day and that you felt management didn’t help — that falls short of our standards. We treat AC issues as high priority and will review service logs for your reservation to understand what happened and prevent a recurrence. I’m also sorry the balcony divider and noise from neighboring units impacted your stay. That is not the experience we want guests to have; we’ll inspect the divider and address any privacy or noise concerns. Regarding the room size, view, and bed comfort, we strive to accurately represent the unit and will evaluate the mattress and overall presentation with housekeeping and maintenance. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will use your feedback to improve future stays.

Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

The house was very welcoming, and the unit was very clean. Great location with tons of walkable shops and restaurants. It was really nice to be so close to the water and a great yoga studio. I would definitely stay here again for all of those reasons as well as the ease of communication with the host.

Loved the sunrise view and fun feminine decor. Really can’t beat the location in terms of walkability. However, the room itself- The inability to get even luke warm water in the shower made it most unpleasant after a day at the beach. The hot tub was under construction while I was there as well.
