Oceanfront, Top-Floor, Gorgeous New Remodel in Solana Beach!

This recently remodeled unit is the perfect Solana Beach getaway in the highly coveted complex of Surfsong. Top-floor means everything in this complex. The elevator takes you from your gated, underground parking to your luxury top-floor 2-bedroom condominium that sleeps 5 (King Master, Queen Guest and Sofa Bed in LR). Not only do you have the best ocean views in Surfsong, but you also have vaulted ceilings and open air patio only available to top units. We recently added a retractable awning over the ocean view patio for great afternoon shade. Other recent upgrades include new flooring, counter tops, furniture, appliances... among others. The home includes high-speed WIFI, and new flatscreen TV's in each room. You have 2 garage spaces available to you in the gated and underground parking garage. In the garage cabinets you have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Surfsong is by far the cleanest and most updated complex along the Solana Beach oceanfront bluff. Situated between a public beach access to the south and the Fletcher Cove Beach access to the north, you have excellent access to wide open sandy beaches. You are also within walking distance from just about everything you need including The Del Mar Racetrack, and all the shops restaurants cafes and pubs on Cedros Avenue and the Pacific Coast Highway! There is even the Solana Beach Train Station just a short walk away that can take you north to LA or south to see a San Diego Padres game! It just doesn't get any better than this!

Absolutely stunning! We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this has to be one of the best. Unbelievable views and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely come again. And Guy was superb in his communication and also very patient with me when I thought I had left behind an item in the condo.

The view, location and host responsiveness led to my 5-star rating. All were great. But, cleanliness was superficial at best with stains in bathrooms easily cleaned, crumbs and dirt under every countertop item in kitchen and a long, dribble staining bedroom carpet. The whole condo could use a refresh with new paint.

A great stay from beginning to end! Guy could not have been a more attentive and accommodating Host, from his pre-arrival instructions to his gracious farewell. Spending several weeks on top of the bluff mere steps from Fletcher Cove, and blocks away from PCH and Cedros Ave, was the perfect vacation. Plenty of excellent shops and restaurants, weekend surf competitions at Swami's, and a beautiful condo with all the necessary amenities (and then some), brought back fond memories of the good life in San Diego. We already plan to return to this very location and will probably time our trip around its availability. That reflects our high regard for this property.
We almost had to fight over who would get the inside reading corner!
The private patio was the best table in SoCal for drinks and dinner!
