The master bedroom has a new king bed, guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the living room has a large sectional queen sofa sleeper and 2 new swivel rockers. The unit is freshly painted, has new linens and mattresses, and has custom blackout drapes on all of the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. New custom shower and new LVP is throughout the condo. There is an open-concept floor plan with large living room open to the dining room and kitchen.
The complex offers a large outdoor pool, outdoor grills, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a sand volleyball court. Nearby restaurants, shopping, 8 mile walking/bike path, fishing, golf and fun for everyone. New beachside coffee shop/cafe/bar on property! ☕️

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not unplug TVs or cable boxes for any reason! No smoking or vaping in condo or on balcony! No bath towels leaving condo for pool or beach use!
Please send us a copy of main renter’s driver’s license and a list of all guests name and ages staying on our property - 7 maximum total guest
No pets allowed - Owner is highly allergic to pet dander No hanging towels or anything on rail of balcony No moving any furniture around in condo

Keyless entry, no person to person contact. Directly across the street from the beach with a 2 minute walk to our private gate entrance. Large master bedroom and walk-in closets. Custom blackout drapes in all windows. Well equipped kitchen.
