Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any used blankets or throws on the floor so the cleaning personnel will know to wash them.
Please take out your trash and empty the refrigerator of uneaten food. Unused staples, like ketchup and mustard can stay for the next renter.
Please load and start the dishwasher and run the disposal a few seconds to clear it out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $10 per day (not to exceed $100 )resort fee that will be collected closer to the beginning of your stay.

Holiday Weekend Family Trip

My family and I loved our stay here. The condo was much more spacious than I was expecting and had everything that we needed- including a pack and play and high chair for my 8 month old. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and nearby restaurants and especially the coffee/cocktail beachside cafe which is practically right outside the door! The owners were very responsive as well, which we appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

I can only say good things about our stay! The owners were always easy to communicate with, they provided everything you need (that you don't even think about when packing), and the location is within walking distance to the beach.

Great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for five days. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and having the pool was perfect for days we couldn't get in the ocean. We loved the quiet building and neighborhood vs staying at a large crowded hotel/resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Mother/Daughters Trip

The property was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. A few things could possibly use updating. However, overall, it was an excellent choice for our trip. Beach access was across the street but very close. Only wish the steps down to the beach were accessible for those with mobility problems. My 80-year-old mother had a hard time climbing up and down the steps to get down to the beach.

Florida getaway near the ocean

Like home away from home. Close to waterfront restaurants. Hostesses readily available, and left lots of suggestions on what to do while in Destin. We would return.

Our condo rental was a great place to be a short walk from the ocean and to Kenny D's restaurant for a fresh grouper sandwich! Clean, nice floor plan, laundry room just outside of door and easy parking. Owner provided great hospitality & communication!

Great location

This was a great location right across from the beach and near by restaurants and other things to do. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here, we could have a couple more with us and would still have had plenty of room. The owner was very easy to reach and answered questions very quickly. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Jane and Deb’s condo. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked, and conveniently located across the street from the beach and near attractions, restaurants, etc. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, with excellent information provided along the way. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Having vacationed for years in Destin we decided it was about time to put down some roots. My husband and I are retired and do a great deal of traveling. I travel to Europe yearly . I was a travel agent for 45 years and saw the world, but I have always felt that Destin is the very best place to relax and unwind. We come to Destin because we love the temperate weather, as opposed to other Florida beach communities. It's not too hot or too cold. We picked this specific location because of the great ocean view sidewalks that span for miles. This area is wonderful for bicycling, running, and walking with up front and personal views of the ocean. Our children and grandchildren always look forward to their trips to Destin. You can not beat the emerald green waters lapping the shore of pristine white sand, some of the best dining in Florida, and a haven for shoppers. Come give us a try. Destin will not disappoint.
