Welcome to our beautiful entertainment getaway that sleeps 13+ comfortably (see room breakdown below). This is a very quiet corner lot (no loud animals nearby) in a luxurious upscale neighborhood (Knob Hill). Located 2 minutes from Publix grocery, 5 minutes from super Walmart and most food spots. We are one road over from Washington road which takes you directly to the masters in about 15 minutes. There is something to do for everyone. A Large 83” smart TV embraces the open floor plan in the Living Room and 10 other Large flat screens throughout the house to include the Garage, Office, Master bath and outdoor gazebo which work off firestick remotes. Full access to all house amenities including laundry, kitchen, living room, gym, game room, foresight golf simulator loaded with all the best courses, and back yard activities to include 6 person Hot tub, beautiful fountain pool and entertainment gazebo with TV. This is a dog friendly home. Our puppy will be traveling with us so we've opened up our home to bring your puppy if you like. We have an XL dog door with unlimited access to fenced in backyard for your pet. We don't let our dog on any of the furniture however there are nice dog pillows throughout the house. There is plenty of parking which includes a beautiful 2 car garage and parking for 5 additional cars on the extended driveway or 9 more spots along my corner street.
