5 bedroom 3000 sqft home just 9 miles from Augusta National Golf Course and less than 3 miles from restaurants, bars, golf and shopping. Located in quite private neighborhood of Grenelefe Park with pond and park area. New beds and appliances. Central location to Augusta, Evans and Grovetown. 3 minutes to I-20. Gas grill with screened in porch and plenty of room for everyone. Great for large groups and extra bed can be added if needed.

Excellent Family Spot

Property was great, we ranged from 3 to almost 93 in age and everyone enjoyed the property. Connection with the owner was timely and exceptional. Everything needed was there…property is well stocked with dishes and appliances. Made for a great Thanksgiving location.
