Rotonda is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community. There are five golf courses on site. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing opportunities for its residents. Many exotic birds and other wildlife call Rotonda West their home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
Owner will be leaving a car in garage area. Guests can access garage but will need to park in driveway in front of home.


With soaring ceilings and an open floor plan, you will feel right at home in no time. The well appointed space features a large living room, family room, formal dining area with seating for six, a separate dinette and a modern kitchen. Look out over the family room and onto the pool as you are preparing meals. What a fantastic view. Throw open the sliders and your living space moves outdoors. Very few meals will be eaten indoors. Fire up the grill and let the entertaining begin. The master suite is split from the guest bedrooms for maximum privacy. The master features king sized accommodations with an en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, separate shower and soaking tub. Fill up the bath with bubbles and catch up with your favorite author. The guest bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. The rear guest bedroom features the comfort of queen sized accommodations. The back guest suite provides the comfort of a queen sized bed . Indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. The pool overlooks a freshwater canal where nature puts on a show. Dedicated pool bath conveniently located on the lanai. Cast a line in the canal for a calming day at home. We understand the tilapia are biting. Rotonda is a friendly community where people come back year after year to visit. Do not forget to pack the clubs, as there are 4 courses surrounding catering to the novice and professional alike. Pack lightly as all the comforts of home have been provided.

Its recommended that you have a car for transportation for this area. There is no local bus. Uber services are available. Walking, biking and jogging is common within the community.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
