Christmas on the Coast

Convenient location, short pathway to the ocean, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the pier. We've never walked on firmer sand. Accommodations were comfortable, clean,and bright. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay and location!

The house is very cool and the location could not be more perfect. Had to contact the host in order to get inside because I was having trouble with my app, and she was a very lovely and helpful person. Highly recommend staying here!

Just Perfect!

What a wonderful week we had! Just steps from the beach! We walked the beach at least once a day, played frisbee, listened to the waves crash on the shore -We only ate out for one meal- we enjoyed family dining at the table- looking out at the ocean. The location is also a plus- easy to walk downtown.

Great house & location

Great location just steps to the beach. Lots of private deck space outdoors where you could see and hear the ocean. Walking distance to lots of food & beverage options. The house was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to others and stay here again!

Wonderful Way To Get Away

We were looking for a place they could feel like home away from ours in Boston. We were looking to stay close to the beach, as we have a four-year-old, and came across Kim’s house. We couldn’t say more wonderful things about the house, location, amenities, and Kim herself. The house had everything we needed and was spacious. The two decks were really nice, with views of the beach. We kept the windows open most of the time we were home just to let the beach air rush in and hear the waves crash. Of the two weeks we stayed, one of the weeks I need to work, and the Internet was great allowing me to get everything I needed done, even if I was jealous my wife and daughter were at the beach and I could see them through the window :-). Additionally, there were a couple of playgrounds very close to the house, one of which we biked to nearly every day. The pier is about half a mile away which we would walk to on the beach. It was far enough away that the beach near us was pretty empty and everyone have each other space to enjoy. We couldn’t recommend the house more, I would suggest anyone looking to get away stay here.

The house is beautiful and you can see the ocean from each porch (there are 3). Sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee was incredible. Kimberly is a great host, ready to answer any questions you have. I would absolutely stay here again.

30 second walk to be right on the beach. Sunrises were spectacular. The house was set up well. Had everything we needed. The three deck spaces were wonderful. Ocean view from all decks. Very beachy house. It was a wonderful visit.

Perfect location !

Fortunately we had the most beautiful weather this weekend! House was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed a day in Portland visiting the waterfront shops and eateries. You can't go wrong with this rental property!!

Never want to leave!

Me and my family are still so sad to leave this beautiful beach house! There is unbelievably easy access to the beautiful beach, and the property space was perfect for our family of four. Our extended family and friends enjoyed stopping in to enjoy the beach for the day as well. The property was perfectly located, not too far, but far enough from the nearby boardwalk where the noise and crowds won’t be a concern, but if you want to catch the boardwalk action, it’s a perfect walking distance from the property. We also have to give a huge shout out to the host, Kimberley, who so kindly accommodated with our families needs, responds instantly, and just creates a perfect friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests. My family is already looking into booking again next year!
