Everything exceeded our expectations.The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.The morning sunrise over the water was amazing and the lite sounds of the waves breaking on the shore made sleeping more relaxing than we thought possible.I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time in OOB! The views were endless from the awesome deck. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the sea breeze. Fantastic location in walking distance from all restaurants, coffee shops and the pier. Recommend Lone Pine Brewing. About 25-30 minutes to downtown Portland which is a very doable distance while still being out of the city. All around wonderful spot.

Not notifying guest that the garage is not attached to the condo to be able to get in.. how to walk up three floors with a truck full of our things for the five days.. did not leave nearly enough towels for four people for five days on a beach .. the ACs in the windows do not work properly the plexiglass they use cracks and falls out of the window…

The condo was beautiful and the view even more so. Check in was easy and communication was good. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. They just had portable units n the rooms, the two upstairs units not being installed when we arrived and it was quite uncomfortable. They did get them hooked up but the master bedroom unit kept falling out of its plexiglass installation. I assume we were the first renters of the season and they just hadn’t gotten this detail figured out. Everything else was fantastic.
