- 1 room (10 sqm) with 1 double sofabed (1 x 130 cm, length 190 cm) and wardrobe.

Kitchen: oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer.

- 1 bathroom with shower adjacent to the bedroom.

Electric heating, boiler (300 litres).
