Functional single storey villa comprising very bright living / dining room, fitted kitchen open to living room with very convivial dining area and direct access to covered terrace, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, including 1 with private shower room / wc, shower room with walk-in shower, separate wc with hand basin. Heated, fenced pool with large synthetic grass beach to share with the owners, property on 4,300 m² of land with pétanque, table tennis, swing. Ideal rental for holidays with family or friends. Owners on site. Our villa is south facing in a green setting and in absolute calm.
